Selected Work

COMMERCIAL · RESTAURANT
The Engine Room
An industrial-chic dining environment that honors the building's mechanical heritage. Exposed steel, reclaimed wood, and amber lighting forge an atmosphere that feels both rugged and refined — a space where the food and the room compete for attention, equally.
COMMERCIAL · RESTAURANT
La Condessa
Rich terracotta tones, hand-painted tiles, and lush botanicals create an immersive cantina that transports guests to the heart of Mexico City's Roma neighborhood.
COMMERCIAL · RESTAURANT
Cielito Lindo
A little sky of warm light and curved arches. This intimate space balances nostalgia with a contemporary sensibility — every corner an invitation to linger.
COMMERCIAL · FAST CASUAL
Franco's Churros
Bold color, playful typography, and a counter-service flow designed for joy. This high-energy concept turns a quick treat into a full experience — photogenic by design.

COMMERCIAL · BOUTIQUE FITNESS STUDIO
Urban Pilates
A boutique reformer studio in Orem built around community, calm, and mountain views — where every client feels at home. Currently under construction.
RESIDENTIAL · REMODEL · DRAPER
Residential 02
A full home remodel in Draper — modern glamour applied with restraint, where polished surfaces, rich contrast, and considered detail elevate the everyday into the exceptional.

About
"Every space should feel like it was designed for exactly the life being lived in it."
Lisbeth Pérez is a Salt Lake City–based interior designer with roots at the San Francisco Institute of Arts. Her work spans vibrant restaurant concepts to quietly considered residences — unified by a belief that good design is never decorative for its own sake.
Specializing in hospitality environments, Lisbeth brings a deeply narrative approach to commercial projects: she begins with the story a space needs to tell, then builds atmosphere around it through material, light, and detail.
